Mmmmmmm......Udon Noodle Soup @ Cafe Asia on Eye St in DC. I'm pretty sure that my team mates/co-workers call ahead and have the chef put in a xanax, as it's instantly relaxing and of course relaxing.

These are my adorable team mates, Pam and Amanda. Pam is enjoying an afternoon chai latte to keep things rolling, and Amanda is demonstrating her "can do" attitude! I love coming to town and hanging out with these girls, and value their dining and metro advice!
BTW, took the metro all myself this evening like a big girl, only rode ONE extra stop (Farragaut West is the correct answer, NOT McPherson Square) and took advantage of the looonnnggg brisk walk to shake off the motion sickness. MMMmmmm....city living!

The view from outside of my hotel this week in DC, on Columbus Circle. Not the best blackberry pic, as there is actually a statue of a guy on a horse. Honestly, there is a statue of a guy on a horse on every corner around here, and I have no idea of the identity of this rider; I'd imagine Mr/Captain/General Columbus.
We have ONE statue that I know of in downtown Indy (aside from the Eitlejorg) and I know exactly what it is!

Egg Beater Omlette with xheese asparagus, onions and shitake mushrooms. Two weight watcher points. MMMM! I've lost 40 lbs since February 1, 2010 and am very proud of myself! Not very quick but still moving in the right direction. It's really not a diet any more....
